Hall, Sr., (claimant) appeals here from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the decision of the referee denying the claimant's Petition for Reinstatement of Compensation which was filed under Section 413 of The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act.1
