The issue in this appeal is whether the buyer of a factory building, including sewing equipment, pursuant to a long-term agreement of sale forfeits the right to receive the proceeds of a fire insurance policy by agreeing to pay some or all of such proceeds to the seller who is subsequently convicted of arson in connection with the partial destruction by fire of the factory building and equipment.
