Petitioners filed joint returns for 1979 through 1983. Respondent determined that petitioners fraudulently failed to report petitioner Bruno Barbuto, Jr.'s illegal drug-related income during those years. We sustain the fraud determination against petitioner Bruno V. Barbuto, Jr., but not against petitioner Geraldine Barbuto.
