This appeal presents the question of whether the language of the congressional charter of the American National Red Cross, 36 U.S.C. § 2, confers original federal jurisdiction over all suits involving the Red Cross. Answering this question affirmatively, the district court denied the plaintiffs' motion to remand the case to state court but certified the question for immediate appellate review pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292...
