STATEMENT OF FACTS

On September 22, 1990, San Francisco Police Sergeant John Haggett (Sgt. Haggett) stopped appellant on Gilman Street in San Francisco in response to a radio dispatch regarding a shooting in the Double Rock Projects. The person injured in the shooting identified appellant as the woman who had shot at him.
