Appellant Salvador Martin ("Martin") filed this suit for declaratory and injunctive relief against appellee Construction Laborers Pension Trust for Southern California ("CLPT") under sections 301 and 302(c) of the Labor Management Relations Act ("LMRA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 141-187 (1988). The district court granted summary judgment for CLPT on the grounds that the action was filed outside the statute of limitations and Martin has appealed...
