On August 11, 1990, defendant Wilson was arrested and detained on a warrant charging him with breaking into the Milner, Georgia, United States Post Office on September 17, 1989, to commit larceny and with possessing stolen blank postal money orders, and a postal money order machine, all in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 500, and 2115.
