This action was brought by Anita Kay Hargett against her former employer, Delta Automotive, Inc., claiming a violation of the Pregnancy Discrimination Act which is an amendment to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e(k), 2000e-2(a)(1).
