Plaintiffs object to the Magistrate Judge's recommendations of September 9, 1991 and September 24, 1991 dismissing this action and awarding F.R.C.P. 11 sanctions. Plaintiffs also object to the Magistrate Judge's order of September 9, 1991 awarding attorney fees because plaintiffs did not appear at the pre-trial conference. Having reviewed the record and plaintiffs' objections de novo, I adopt the Magistrate Judge's recommendations...
