ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT ON ADEA CLAIM

Defendant Bay View Federal Savings and Loan ("Bay View") has moved for summary judgment on plaintiffs' ADEA1 claim, arguing that the claim is barred by the statute of limitations. For the reasons set forth in this Order, the motion is DENIED.
