This is a lawsuit for damages arising out of vessel seizures which occurred as a result of the following events.
The U.S. Coast Guard boarded two commercial fishing vessels owned by plaintiffs Lan Huong Thi Nguyen and Tricia Vu, which were allegedly moored in an unsafe manner in Tiger Pass, Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana.
