Defendants are charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute a Schedule I controlled substance (marijuana) in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846 (1988). The defendants are also charged with intentionally manufacturing marijuana and intentionally possessing with intent to distribute marijuana. 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(B) (1988)...
