MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the Court on the plaintiff's motion to remand this case back to state court. This case and a related case, Sheppard v. Wire Rope Corp., 777 F.Supp. 1285 (E.D.Va.1991), were removed to federal court on or about September 20, 1991. For the reasons stated below, the plaintiff's motion is DENIED.
