OPINION AND ORDER REJECTING RULE 11 PLEA AGREEMENT

ROSEN, District Judge.

FACTS:

Pursuant to a Rule 11 plea agreement, the Defendant, Andrea Lynn Muxlow, has pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of cocaine, a Schedule II narcotic controlled substance, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The plea agreement provides that the maximum term of imprisonment shall not exceed 30 months.
