This case comes before the court on a Motion for Entry of Judgment. The plaintiffs, Isidor Paiewonsky Associates, Inc., (IPA) and L.S. Holding, Inc., contend that they are entitled to entry of judgment in their favor based upon the terms of a proposed settlement agreement. Two of the three defendants, Bared Jewelers of the V.I., Inc., (Bared) and Ari Corporation, (Ari), assert that the plaintiffs are not entitled...
