Two motions are pending before this court. They are defendant's Motion to Dismiss, filed December 3, 1990, and plaintiffs' Motion to Amend Scheduling Order, filed March 7, 1991. Plaintiffs filed their Suggestions in Opposition on January 11, 1991, and defendant filed its reply to the motion to dismiss on February 15, 1991.
