HUNT, Justice.

Samuel J. Grenz, pro se, brought suit against the defendants in the District Court for the Eleventh Judicial District, Flathead County, alleging fraud, professional negligence, conspiracy, and bad faith against the defendants. The defendants' motions for dismissal, which were treated as motions for summary judgment, were granted by the District Court. Grenz appealed. We affirm.
