David D. Lawson pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. Lawson appeals from his sentence imposed under the United States Sentencing Guidelines (U.S.S.G.). Lawson challenges the three-level increase in his offense level for his aggravating role as a manager or supervisor pursuant to U.S.S.G. section 3B1.1(b).
