In 1973, the United States filed a complaint in condemnation ("Action"), encompassing thirty tracts in what is now known as the Cape Cod National Seashore. The only tract at issue in this action is Tract Number 25T-5741 ("Tract"). The United States seeks to have a judgment entered vesting title in the United States as to the entirety of the Tract.
