This matter arises out of the death of Michael A. Waechter ("decedent"). Plaintiffs Joseph and Gloria Waechter, parents of the decedent, allege violations of their and their son's civil rights protected by the United States Constitution. They also allege violations of the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794, and the Michigan wrongful death statute, M.C.L.A. § 600.2922.1...
