Plaintiff, Joseph P. Monahan, appeals the denial of the relief sought by him in a complaint for an injunction and a declaratory judgment against defendants, the Village of Hinsdale (hereinafter Village) and William Wilcox, Colleen Wilcox, Joseph Bardusk, Mrs. Joseph Bardusk, Norman Waldherr, Judy Waldherr, Cynthia Langlois and David Geiman. Plaintiff sought to enjoin the Village from enforcing the Hinsdale Zoning Code...
