Defendant appeals from an order granting plaintiff's motion for a new trial after the jury had returned a verdict in favor of defendant. We affirm.

Plaintiff was injured when her pickup truck collided with a car driven by defendant. She sought damages for personal injuries and medical expenses. The case was tried to a jury, which returned a verdict in favor of defendant. Plaintiff moved to set aside the judgment and grant a new trial on the ground...
