This matter is before the Court upon plaintiff's motion for attorney fees pursuant to the Civil Rights Attorney's Fees Awards Act of 1976 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 1988) (Doc. no. 98). The state and county defendants have filed an opposing memorandum (Doc. no. 103)1. For the reasons stated below, plaintiff's motion is hereby DENIED.
