ROSSMAN, Judge.

Husband appeals a supplemental dissolution judgment awarding wife 22 percent of his military pension. On de novo review, ORS 19.125(3), we modify the judgment.

Husband enlisted in the Marine Corps Reserve in 1942 and served an extended term of active duty until January, 1952, after which he continued reserve duty, while also maintaining civilian employment. The parties were married on October 4, 1952. Husband retired from the reserves...
