This is a breach of contract action brought by plaintiffs Mediterranean Golf, Inc. ("Mediterranean Golf") and Robert Trent Jones ("Jones") (collectively, the "Plaintiffs") against defendant Denyse Louppe Hirsh ("Hirsh"). Jurisdiction is asserted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1331.
