COLVIN, Judge:
This case is before the Court on respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction and petitioners' cross-motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. The sole issue is whether a notice of deficiency properly mailed by respondent to petitioners' "last known address" is rendered invalid because the notice was delivered by the Postal Service to a neighbor of petitioners.
