Tony Jenkins appeals the Jefferson Circuit Court's denial of his petition for post conviction relief.

We affirm.

A jury in 1983 found Jenkins guilty of rape, battery, and burglary. He took the pregnant victim out of her home to a vacant lot and there raped and stabbed her twice with a steak knife taken from her home.
