This diversity action for money damages is before the court on a motion brought by defendants Tschopp-Durch-Camastrol Co. and Hartford Accident & Indemnity Co. to dismiss plaintiff Mary Carlson's claim for damages suffered as a result of defendant Tschopp-Durch-Camastrol Co.'s negligent infliction of emotional distress.
