Court of Appeals of Texas, Texarkana.

Rehearing Overruled August 28, 1991.

Before CORNELIUS, C.J., and BLEIL and GRANT, JJ.

OPINION

BLEIL, Justice.

John and Penelope Hunsucker appeal from an adverse summary judgment rendered in their medical malpractice suit against Robert Rowntree, M.D. The critical inquiry concerns whether evidence of Rowntree's prescription of medication to Penelope Hunsucker can constitute evidence of continued medical treatment. We hold that it can and reverse the summary judgment.
