STATON, Judge.

Donald Davis appeals the denial of his petition for post conviction relief in which he sought to withdraw his plea of guilty to armed robbery. He presents three (restated) issues for our review:

I. Whether Davis was adequately advised of his right to a jury trial? II. Whether Davis' plea of guilty was induced by promises of leniency? III. Whether the trial court abused its discretion in overruling Davis' motion to withdraw...
