ALARID, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff appeals the jury verdict in favor of defendant and the trial court's denial of her motion for new trial. The issue discussed on appeal is whether the bailiff's contact with the jury during deliberations prejudiced the plaintiff and merits a new trial. Plaintiff raised other issues on appeal; however, this issue alone is dispositive of whether the trial court erred in denying plaintiff's motion for new trial. We reverse...
