A jury trial resulted in the conviction of appellant of Dealing in Cocaine in Excess of Three Grams, Count I; Dealing in Cocaine in Excess of Three Grams, Count III; and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Count IV. He also was found to be a habitual offender. The court granted appellant's motion for judgment on the evidence as to Count II, Maintaining a Common Nuisance. Appellant was sentenced to a total of seventy (70) years on Count I, forty (40) years...
