Joseph and Rebecca Lillard have appealed from the summary judgment entered by the Warren Circuit Court in a foreclosure action commenced in 1985 by the appellee, Farm Credit Services of Mid-America (formerly, The Federal Land Bank of Louisville, and hereinafter referred to as the "bank").
