This matter is before the court on the defendant's motion for summary judgment. The motion challenges the plaintiffs' ability to prove two elements of their case: negligence on behalf of the defendant and a causal link between the defendant's conduct and the alleged injuries. Because the plaintiffs are unable to provide sufficient basis on which a jury might find negligence, this court will grant summary judgment...
