This matter is before the court on defendants' answer, which incorporates a motion for dismissal. Plaintiff, formerly an inmate at the Lansing Correctional Facility, Lansing, Kansas, filed this pro se civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 while incarcerated in that facility.
