MANION, Circuit Judge.

A jury found the appellant, John L. Blackman, guilty on two counts of distribution of narcotics in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The district court judge entered judgment on Blackman's convictions, sentenced him to 60 months of incarceration on each distribution count to run concurrently, and fined him $10,000 on one count. In this appeal, Blackman requests that we reverse his conviction or, alternatively, vacate the $10,000 fine...
