Wayne Summers brought suit against the personal representative of Ernest L. Jenkins to obtain approval of a real estate sale by which Summers had contracted to purchase real estate from the guardian/conservators of Ernest L. Jenkins. The court entered judgment approving the sale and ordered the personal representative to execute a deed.
