Before me are motions to dismiss plaintiffs' claim under section 10(b) of the 1934 Securities Exchange Act, and Securities Exchange Commission Rule 10(b)-5 (the 10(b) claim). Moving defendants contend that the plaintiffs failed to bring the claim within the applicable statute of limitations period. I agree, and grant the motion.
