Dowdy and ten others were charged variously in twenty-seven counts with offenses related to the operation of a multi-faceted, long-term conspiracy to distribute drugs in Kansas City, Missouri. In Count One of the indictment the government also sought an order of forfeiture of certain parcels of real estate allegedly acquired with the profits and proceeds...
