Beneficial Finance Company of New Mexico, Inc. (BFC) appeals from a judgment in favor of Pedro Alarcon on BFC's action to recover on a promissory note and for foreclosure of a real estate mortgage. Cross-appellant Jesus Enriquez appeals the judgment against him, finding him liable to BFC on the promissory note and awarding BFC the full contract amount, interest, punitive damages, and attorney's fees from Enriquez.
