Plaintiff, Kim Tersavich, alleges that she is the daughter, born out of wedlock, of Edward B. Holt. On January 24, 1985, Edward B. Holt (hereinafter settlor or decedent) executed his last will and testament in which he created a residuary testamentary trust.
