KANE, Senior District Judge.

Richard Anaya is a sixty year old man. For all of his working life he was a skilled tradesman and artisan. He worked as a printer on "The Pueblo Chieftain." His job was to paste-up and lay-out the newspaper. It was a highly satisfying job with which he was very happy, so much so, that he worked for the same paper for his entire working life, from 1955-1988.
