On November 29, 1990, this court suspended the petitioner, H. Kent Rudeen, from the practice of law for a period of 6 months commencing December 15, 1990, 463 N.W.2d 719. The misconduct for which petitioner was disciplined included misappropriation of funds on a temporary basis from three different clients, numerous trust account violations, and failure to file state and federal income tax returns...
