Fairchild Company (Fairchild) and its insurer, Kemper Insurance Company, appeal from the decision of the Appellate Division reducing the amount that the Workers' Compensation Commission determined Fairchild had overcompensated Priscilla Keene, its former employee, for her work-related injuries.
