DAUGHTREY, Justice.

In this appeal, we are asked to decide whether the trial court properly ordered summary judgment in favor of defendant Heekin Can Company, apparently on the basis of a defect in service of process. Because of imprecision in defense pleading and lack of specificity in the final judgment, we are unable to discern the exact reason for dismissal of the action, but whatever the ground, procedural or substantive, we conclude that summary...
