"Tracy" Maxon and his right hand man David Gollott were convicted of several counts of failing to file currency transaction reports (CTR's) in connection with money-laundering transactions; causing other financial institutions to file CTR's containing material omissions and false statements of fact; and conspiring to defraud the United States.
