The court adjudged that appellant Capital Enterprise Insurance Company (Capital) was obligated to reimburse appellee Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company (Farm Bureau) for basic reparation benefits (BRB) paid by the latter company to one Stanley Williams, a pedestrian who was injured in an accident.
