Plaintiff-appellee H.T.A. LTD. ("HTA") contracted to purchase a medical center from defendant-appellant W.W. Luxion ("Luxion"). Luxion was to construct the medical center on land that he owned. During construction of the medical center, it was agreed by HTA and Luxion that certain extras and change orders would be incurred. Luxion, however, claimed an additional $286,000.00 was owed for extra work, which...
