This is an appeal from an election contest decision. The appellant, Mark L. Davis, defeated the appellee, Howard L. Holt, in an election for a seat on the Gentry School District No. 19 Board. The Circuit Court held that Davis was not a resident of the District at the time of his election, was not a qualified elector of the District, and thus was not eligible.
