Appellant was charged by information with the offense of driving while intoxicated. After a plea of not guilty was entered, both sides proceeded to trial before a jury. The appellant was found guilty and punishment was assessed by the court at 180 days, probated for two years and a fine of $1000, a portion of which was also probated.
